Happy December Fashionistas! Welcome to the month of freezing fashion, dressing up for parties and events while trying to stay warm in cold temperatures! Unfortunately, my life has been anything but fashionable recently, but my calendar is full of events this month that I get to dress up for.
I wore this outfit for a meeting and a day of classes. This top (from Marshals, but similar here) is somewhere between a short dress to wear tights with and a tunic to wear leggings with, so my compromise was to wear thin leggings. I have been obsessed with swing dresses recently. There is just something about the movement they have and the way that they float away from the body that I just can’t get enough of. This look isn’t right for everyone, but seems to work for me. To add some fun color to this look I added turquoise statement earrings (similar), but long necklaces also work well.
