Last night my friend Samantha and I got all dolled up to go out to dinner for her 20th birthday! Instead of going for a dress like I would usually wear for a nice night out I went for leather shorts and black pumps. My 20s inspired pearl necklace was the perfect glitz and glamor against a red button down and a layer of red lipstick. I really liked this outfit for what I was doing, and after changing into black flats it was also perfect for a walk downtown. Do you ever dress up shorts, or do you stick to dresses for a night out?
