This last 7 days has been unlike anything I have ever experienced before… On Monday Lexington got 17 inches of snow. As a Florida girl, I did not approve of this! On Wednesday I ventured out of the house for the first time since SUNDAY just to take these pictures, and then I went back inside and hid under a blanket. Lexington pretty much shut down for the week, so even if I could get my car out of the driveway, there would have been nowhere to go!
For these pictures I wanted to show off what I typically look like at the bus stop on a snowy day. My peers are probably tired of seeing this coat (similar) because it is all I wear since it’s so warm and cozy! I am also wearing a plaid blanket scarf, and Hunter rain boots because there is nothing better for over a foot of snow.
I also need to take a moment to recognize my Oscar de la Renta sunnies that I found at TJ Maxx for $10! Love!
