Last night I attended a going away party for a co-worker which gave me the perfect excuse to wear my new neon yellow skirt! I picked up this skirt at Express a couple of weeks ago on clearance for only $10 before thinking through the fact that it was a little big and a bit see through. Those issues were fixed quickly with a safety pin and slip so I could move on to other problems like what colors and cuts work well with a neon high-low skirt. For parties I like to dress nicely without looking fussy, so I kept the outfit simple with a tied chambray and pink sandals. What colors do you pair with neon?
