Sit down and get comfortable because it is story time my lovelies!
Once upon a time there was a girl named Fashionista. One Sunday (or most Sunday’s) after church she went shoe shopping. She truly believes that shoe shopping is the perfect want to relax from midterm studying (and maybe help with some procrastination). Anyways, Fashionista just started a new job where she would be on her feet for long periods of time, so she needed shoes that would be comfortable but still chic. It only took her one glance down the isle for her to spot THE shoes. THE shoes that she thought only existed in her dreams and over priced fashion magazines- a cheetah print loafer with calf fur and arch support. It was a match made in fashion heaven.
After bringing them home Fashionista had to get back to studying, so THE shoes had find their new home in the closet. They would not say there long though because of course she had to wear them to school the next day! The only problem with that plan was that Fashionista would be at school for almost 12 hours that day and even in this perfect shoe finding world it takes time to break in new shoes. By the end of the day Fashionista, with her terribly blistered feet, carried THE shoes to her car while walking barefoot from her last class.
What’s the moral of this story? Always take the time to break in even the most perfect shoes before wearing them for an entire day!
