Do you think it’s possible to get a whole outfit for under $25?? Well the other day my sister needed an outfit for her swim banquet, so we set off for the mall. She really wanted a high-low dress, and considering she is 13 we did not want to spend a lot of money. This bright teal dress was $15 from Forever 21. I also wouldn’t allow her to wear her Sperry’s which was her only option, so we found these white sandals for only $5 at JC Penny. This outfit was very cute, and age appropriate for her. Hopefully I can convince her to wear it again!
