This weekend has been something I have dreamed of since I was little, but never thought I would actually be able to do. Unfortunately my dream weekend had to come to an end so that I could get back to reality, but I do know that taking these classes brings me closer to my degree which means I am closer to being able to get start my career in New York City. I just have to keep my eyes on the prize because in the end it will all be worth it! I can’t thank my aunt enough for helping me get into/telling me about every event I went to this weekend. Without her I wouldn’t have known about anything going on at Fashion Week. It was really hard to leave New York today, but seeing my puppy when I got home made it all better. She is even snuggled up to me while I write the blog! For the trip home I wore a simple pink V-neck tee with Aztec print track pants and my hat because hats don’t travel very well in luggage. I felt perfectly comfortable for an afternoon of traveling while still looking fashionable.
