The day before a big test teachers always push that you should get a good night sleep the night before and then eat a good breakfast, but have you ever been told to dress nicely? It has actually been proven that when someone dresses up for a test, they get higher scores. I know that is natural to want to wear the most comfortable clothes you own, but from personal experience I just end up wanting to sleep if I wear sweats. This outfit was for a business meeting in the morning, but after changing into flats it was perfect for feeling confident and ready for my Midterm in British Literature.
Today was a very exciting day because it was the first time in a very long time that I got to wear a sweater because it was chilly outside and not just for looks. This is one of my favorite dresses that I can just throw on and know its going to look good. The plum cardigan added a pop of color and all of my other accessories were neutral. This outfit made me feel very confident and put together.
