Last night Lexington froze over. Being a Florida girl I thought that frozen rain was snow, but apparently it just means that it rains, and then leaves a layer of ice over everything. It was also supposed to rain this morning, and I haven’t gotten rain boots yet, so I wore an old pair of boots that I wouldn’t mind getting wet. Even though they are old, doesn’t mean they aren’t cute! I love the color, and they are fun to pair with other colors. Layers are really important in the winter, so today I wore a pretty olive green long sleeved shirt, and black and white polka dot cardigan from Old Navy. Then the final addition was a simple black scarf to keep my neck warm.
