Mother’s Day!

Today was a beautiful day for Mother’s Day! I had the day off of work which meant that I could help Image Insight with makeup and styling for a wedding today. For this work day I wanted to look nice, but still be comfortable and easily be able to move around. That is where this tea length skirt became perfect! I paired it with a chambray shirt to be layered up enough for a chilly hotel room.

Over the years I have began to learn that there is nothing better than working side-by-side with my mom. Through her makeup artistry and my styling we have had many opportunities to be at the same place at the same time. She has also become more addicted to LOFT than I have which means that the title for the most fashionable person in the house is becoming more of a competition than normal! I would not change it for the world, though. Happy Mother’s Day to my mom and moms everywhere!
