Tonight my beautiful cousin Mary Kate (check out yesterday’s Mary Kate’s Take!) is off to the military ball with her boyfriend. When she first picked out this dress and sent me a picture, I fell in love. This dress could not be more in style! Peplum is such a fun accent that is both chic and flattering. The royal blue color of the dress makes her blue eyes pop, and of course there is no such thing as too much sparkle! She will definitely make a statement at the ball tonight!
