If you read my blog on a regular basis you know that I am a big fan of Toms. They are my favorite shoes because of the versatility, comfort, and more importantly, what they stand for. Every time someone buys a pair of shoes Toms sends a pair to a child in need. Today was Toms’ big event, One Day Without Shoes which brings awareness to children’s health and education. To support this I decided to go shoeless in today’s blog pictures. I don’t buy into a lot of campaigns to help the needy. This may sound awful, but usually when you do buy a bracelet or a chocolate bar you don’t really know how much is going to help the cause or what the cause even is. When you buy a pair of toms you know there is a pair of shoes on it’s way to a child in need. What a great way to mix fashion and social reform!
