So I guess I have a new found obsession with gray since Friday! Because this dress is gray and black I rarely wear it since I can’t wear my go-to brown with it. It also kind of annoys me because it has short sleeves… not sleeveless or long sleeves like normal turtleneck sweaters. I don’t think that looks very good or is really practical, so whenever I wear it I add a jean jacket,or like today a leather jacket. Also out of view is an additional layer of a black long sleeve shirt. Once I had the basics on I had to add color. Colorful tights are a big trend this season, and I love any opportunity to pull out my wine colored tights. Then I still felt like it needed color which brought on this fun turquoise pendant necklace. Since I was going to church combat boots seemed to dark and rugged, so cute little leather shoes were the perfect compromise. I also wore my hair pinned up because I had enough going on around my neck, my hair would have been over kill. I will definitely keep playing around with ways to wear this dress.
