Since today is our last day in New York Maria and I fit as much into the day as possible while still having some down time because of our early flights tomorrow morning. My favorite part of the day (and maybe the whole trip) was our Gossip Girl tour! I have been a huge fan of the TV show since the beginning, and so has Maria, so as soon as I saw this tour I knew we had to take it. It was a 3 hour long bus tour (on a super nice and air conditioned bus) that drove around the Upper East side of the city to show us places that the show was filmed. We also got to get off and take pictures at some of the most filmed spots like the Met steps, the Empire hotel, and Central Park. My favorite stops were Dylan’s Candy Shop, and Henry Bendel where Blair got all of her head bands (which is only exciting if you’ve ever seen the show, so if you haven’t go watch it!). I may or my not have gotten a headband there just because that is where Blair got hers 🙂 and a bracelet just because it was on sale. After our tour we went shopping on Madison Ave which I learned today is very long and I am now exhausted! Even though I’m to tired to even walk right now, I don’t want to leave the city! Tomorrow is going to be a sad day.
