Last weekend Lexington Fashion Collaborative hosted an open house to show off their new newest residence at Arts Place. Events like this are so fun for me because I get to see old friends from LFC and meet new possible friends and business partners. I may not talk about this much, but if you are in Lexington and you love fashion, LFC if the place to be! Without them (and MOUR Magazine) I would probably still be struggling to get past the New-Girl-in-Town title!
For this event I wanted to look like I knew what I was talking about when talking to people about what I do in fashion. What I eventually landed on was an easy going Summer to Fall look with a bright jumpsuit, an over sized cardigan and suede booties. Since the outfit was so loud I kept the accessories and makeup simple.
p.s. how cute is little Merlot that hung out at our house for the weekend?? He insisted on being in blog pictures, and I thought I would allow it since he did match my booties! 🙂
