I had a very interesting time trying to get these blog pictures today! No one told me when I moved here that Lexington is actually the windy city! It would have been a nice day outside if the wind wasn’t whipping around so fast and cold. The wind didn’t start until the afternoon, so I decided to go for a statement necklace rather than a scarf today. I’ve had a hard time with this necklace since I bought it, but today I found out that wearing it with these fun orange jeans pulls out the orange in the necklace and really pops. To let the orange be the statement I kept the rest of the outfit neutral with a chambray button down and black and white polka dot cardigan. Put on a black pea coat and I was as ready as I could get to brace the wind!
