The first week of Fall semester is always hard because you are getting used to a new schedule, there are hoards of people everywhere, and it’s burning hot outside while being ice cold inside. While I can’t do anything about the people besides politely push past them, I keep the UK app on my phone so I can easily find my classes, and kimonos were my best friend because they easily fit into my purse while walking to class and they keep my arms warm in the classrooms.
This was my first day of school outfit. I kept the look bright and colorful because my mood was more tear than cheer. The rest of the week (Thursday and Friday) I wore old favorite outfits because it takes a while to the early wake up calls! Just remember, past outfit combinations still look much better than running shorts and over-sized tank tops.
